About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions to address any issues.
