Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Insurance Broker to join our team at the Markerstudy Group. As a Customer Service Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers to address their queries and concerns.
- Guide customers through the process of making changes to their existing policies, including name and address changes.
- Utilize product knowledge and customer service skills to resolve customer issues and offer solutions.
- Build rapport and understanding with each customer to ensure their needs are met.
- Support customers who are unable to complete our online journey.
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm policy details.
- Manage team diaries and inboxes.
- Contact customers regarding missed payments or debt, and support with financial difficulties.
- Support customers in following the claims process.
- Support customers with the cancellation of their policies.
About You
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent verbal skills, who can adapt their style to each customer. You should be energetic, positive, and resilient, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Working Hours
The full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 9am-5pm or 9am-6pm. You will need to be available Monday to Friday and work one in three Saturdays between 9am-1pm.
Training
You will receive full training and support to ensure you are fully competent in the role. Training will be held in a local hotel for the first 3 weeks, and then the role will be mostly remote with hub days booked in at least once a month.
Working From Home
You will need a broadband upload and download speed of at least 5 mbps.
