Job Title: Training and Development Manager - Wind Division

Alimak Group UK - Wind Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our training strategy across the UK.

About the Role:

We are looking for a self-starter with previous experience in training and development, ideally within the wind energy or renewable energy sectors and with GWO training experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, particularly in technical and safety-related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive and deliver our UK training strategy for the Wind Division.
  • Represent Wind Division UK at key industry forums and working groups, staying on top of the latest training delivery methods.
  • Manage training logistics, including instructor assignments, certification issuance, and quality assurance of all training programs.
  • Support the continuous growth of GWO training provision and contribute to the success of our wind energy initiatives.
Requirements:

NEBOSH General qualified or a willingness to achieve this certification.

An individual comfortable with heights, as this role may involve some hands-on training in wind turbine environments.
