**About the Role**

We are recruiting for a skilled Clinical Negligence Associate to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our global healthcare team, you will handle clinical negligence claims and inquests on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical malpractice insurers, private hospitals, and NHS Trusts.

The Team's Expertise

Our team provides expert advice to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. They also offer representation at inquests and judicial reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling clinical negligence claims and inquests
  • Providing expert advice to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers
  • Supporting healthcare professionals before regulatory bodies

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE or CILEX qualified with relevant experience, excellent client interaction and participation in business development events, and knowledge of insurance and coverage issues.
