About the Opportunity

Grifols, S.A. is a global healthcare company that has been working to improve the health and well-being of people around the world since 1909.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, UK.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of successful marketing experience and 2 years of sales experience in a healthcare company, with a strong background in product management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Biopharma marketing strategy to increase awareness and use of our products in UK hospitals in line with annual forecasts and budgets.
  • Contribute to the UK national sales targets by delivering promotional projects and materials on time and within budget.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
  • At least 2 years of successful marketing experience and 2 years of sales experience in a healthcare company.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Possess strong presentation and communication skill set.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • A benefits package including a contract of employment as a permanent position.
  • A hybrid flexibility model with 80% remote work and some office working.
