Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project manager in the development and implementation of project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, including stakeholder management, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other external parties to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with Otis's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
  • Relevant experience in project financial management and controls.
  • Demonstrable experience in building customer and supplier relationships.
  • Extensive experience in formal project management methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Demonstrable people management and leadership experience.
  • Degree qualified at Bachelor's level in Business or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
