Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support project managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Support project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management
