Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for supporting project managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects
  • Assist in developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including document management and data analysis

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of supporting project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project and Asana
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
