Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the project management team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Support the project management team in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
