Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
  • Relevant experience in project financial management and controls.
  • Demonstrable experience in building customer and supplier relationships.
  • Formal project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Degree qualified in Business or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
