The Centre for Climate Engagement is seeking a visionary leader to drive its next phase of development. As the Interim Director, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the Centre team, working closely with international stakeholders to strengthen its role within the wider University of Cambridge climate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CCE in its next phase of development
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight
  • Work closely with international stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in senior leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of climate engagement and sustainability initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £68,863 - £79,800 FTE, as well as free lunch in College, contributory pension, medicash health plan, enhanced holiday, flexible working, employee recognition and reward scheme, cycle to work scheme, and free parking.
