Economicsnetwork offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Academic Economist to take on a key role in our Economics faculty.
About the Role: This position involves teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on macroeconomics expertise.
Key Tasks:
- Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction to students in Economics, including 120 hours of small-group teaching per academic year
- Research: Contribute to the department's research efforts and publications
- College Duties: Participate in College governance and activities, including acting as Director of Studies in Economics when required
Salary and Benefits: Equivalent stipend to points 43-49 of the Cambridge University scale (£40,311 - £46,735 per annum), plus a comprehensive benefits package
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Economics or related field
- Proven teaching and research experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
