About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at CanonEurope. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams to deliver best-in-class services. This role will involve representing Canon onsite at prestigious customer premises in London.

As Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all CBS operational, business, and financial performance aspects of assigned accounts and teams through Team Leaders. Your primary goal will be to maximise the development of their skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for securing ongoing revenue and profitability targets of new and existing CBS accounts by building and sustaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations in assigned teams to ensure overall team performance, customer satisfaction, and targets are achieved.
  • Work within yearly business plans to ensure CBS budget is met and revenue is achieved.
  • Monitor and develop customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage resources to ensure the availability of the right quality and quantity of resources.
  • Ensure a professional working relationship is maintained, and that local operational needs and SLAs are balanced.

Requirements

To succeed as our Business Operations Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and expertise:

  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Operations Management experience.
  • Industry experience desirable.
  • At least 2 years client relationship experience in a management role.
  • Working knowledge of all Document Management procedures and techniques.
  • Good understanding of Mail and Courier services.
  • Presentation of verbal and written information to clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Handling variable and conflicting business issues.
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding print quality assurance processes.
  • Experience of working in a large corporate environment.
