This fulfilling role requires a strong 'can-do' attitude, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations. A full UK driving license is also essential for this position. Our comprehensive 4-week induction program through our Care Academy will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Our commitment to supporting our employees' well-being is reflected in our attractive benefits package, which includes a competitive salary of £33,374-£39,542 (assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month), meals provided while working, and beautiful working environments. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect:

  • A base salary of £28,134-£34,302
  • Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance – assuming good attendance
