Salary and Benefits:
  We offer an attractive salary package of up to £16.50 per hour, with double time on Bank Holidays. Additionally, you'll receive £13.50 for travel and wait time PLUS mileage. Other benefits include various part-time hours and times available, minimum one-hour visits, guaranteed hours, paid training, career pathway opportunities, employee referral bonus, and more.

Job Description:
  Job Summary: We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our clients and contribute to making a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks as needed
  • Become familiar with clients' preferences, routines, and medical conditions to deliver tailored care

Requirements:
  Education and Qualifications: Must possess relevant qualifications or experience in care-related fields. We also offer funded Level 2, 3, and 5 qualifications for those who want to advance their careers.

Other Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and access to reliable transportation are essential for this role
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
