Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Area Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in South Australia. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving commercial and customer plans to ensure profitable sales growth and success for The Arnott's Group.

Your primary objective will be to sell-in new product developments (NPDs) using category selling techniques to influence share of shelf and off-location displays. You will also liaise with key decision-makers in-store to secure paid and discretionary displays, promoting Arnott's brands effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sell-in NPDs using data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and maximize return on investment.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors, to promote Arnott's products effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 part-time direct reports, providing guidance and support to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license, enabling you to travel as required.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • A proven track record in field sales, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and strategic thinking.
What We Offer
  • An attractive estimated salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
