This role involves managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans and carrying out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.

You'll work closely with probation practitioners to identify the specific needs of each individual and create tailored accommodation plans to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of Accommodation, including legislation. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for this role.

The salary for this position is £23,000 - £24,801 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off, Pension scheme and Healthcare Cash Plan.
