This role involves managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans and carrying out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.

You will work with a caseload of adult males within a custodial or community environment in partnership with probation practitioners. You will create tailored accommodation plans to meet the specific needs of each individual through an agreed number of interventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of Accommodation, including legislation. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for this role. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and good organisation skills are also required.

The salary for this position is £23,000 - £24,801 per annum (dependent on experience). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off, Pension scheme and Healthcare Cash Plan.
