Job Title: Digital Marketing Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coach to join our team at Apprentify. As a Digital Marketing Coach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible learning and coaching experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our apprentices, focusing on digital marketing principles, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web design. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and coaching to apprentices on digital marketing principles and practices
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices and employers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our apprentices receive the best possible learning and coaching experience
  • Conduct regular coaching and line manager meetings to ensure that apprentices are on target
  • Ensure that all training and coaching activities are aligned with Apprentify's and the awarding body's standards
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in digital marketing disciplines
  • A genuine passion for training and coaching
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to different environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of mentoring and coaching in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of digital IT standards and requirements
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, particularly digital and tech, and work-based learning
