About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Coach to join our team at Apprentify. As a Digital Marketing Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our apprentices receive the highest quality training and coaching in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage apprentice caseloads, supporting, assessing, and delivering our innovative Digital Marketer Level 3 and Junior Content Producer apprenticeship programs.
  • Develop and deliver online/virtual training sessions, utilizing your expertise in digital marketing principles, social media, coding, and website software.
  • Conduct regular coaching and line manager meetings to ensure learners are on target and provide high-quality, employer-focused provision.
  • Work closely with Apprentify's and the awarding body's standards to provide high-quality, employer-focused provision that maximizes opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in marketing disciplines, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web design.
  • A genuine passion for training and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments, and solve problems independently.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching in a professional environment, with knowledge of digital IT standards and requirements.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, particularly digital and tech, and work-based learning.
