About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Coach to join our team at Apprentify. As a Digital Marketing Coach, you will play a key role in ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible learning and coaching experience.

As a Digital Marketing Coach, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices, supporting and assessing their progress, and delivering our innovative Digital Marketer Level 3 and Junior Content Producer apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage apprentice caseload, supporting, assessing, and delivering our apprenticeship programmes
  • Support and develop learners on topics such as principles of marketing, social media, coding, digital marketing principles, search engine marketing, website software, and video and imaging software
  • Deliver online and virtual training sessions
  • Set monthly KPIs and targets, ensuring learners meet these consistently
  • Hold regular coaching and line manager meetings to ensure learners are on target
  • Monitor learner progress, addressing any challenges that arise
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, leading on safeguarding and prevent initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in marketing disciplines, including search engine optimisation, social media marketing, PR, content marketing, email marketing, web design, and graphic design
  • A genuine passion for training and coaching
  • Business knowledge related to apprenticeships
  • Attention to detail and ability to get things right first time
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, adapt to different environments, and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing
  • Enhanced CRB check
Desired Skills
  • Experience of mentoring and coaching in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of digital IT standards and requirements
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, prevent, and equality and diversity
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, particularly digital and tech, and work-based learning
  • Knowledge of the current Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
