Summary:
As a temporary Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate with Nursing Investigators to draft and send letters to licensees and attorneys following the determination of complaints during triage. You will utilize your organizational skills to maintain both electronic and manual files within large databases, operate office equipment, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select the appropriate letter template and accurately input investigation data with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software with a strong emphasis on Excel for sorting data, designing spreadsheets, and creating accurate data plots.
  • Learn new software quickly and extract data from multiple websites.
  • Maintain electronic and manual files within large databases.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Answer emails with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in setting up and managing electronic files.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with the public in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
  • Over 2 years of experience handling large databases in an organized and logical manner.
  • Proficient typing skills.
