Residential Lettings Administrator

Bruce Mather Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Residential Lettings Administrator, whose role will be to provide administrative support to the Lettings Manager, ensuring compliance in line with Legislative Changes in the Industry.
The person we are looking for, will be trustworthy and self-motivated, they will possess exceptional organisational, admin and people skills, be professional in their approach with the ability to hit the ground running in this busy office environment.
This is a key role in supporting the Lettings Team and the Manager with potential to progress:
**Responsibilities**:
- Organisation and implementation of Safety Certificates, rent renewals etc.
- Co-ordinating New Tenancy Move Ins, obtaining references alongside the Property Negotiator.
- Provide accurate recording of meetings and key communication.
- Supporting the Manager in file Compliance by implementing a programme of checks and reporting directly to the Manager.
- Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquiries, ensuring they are passed to the correct Team member.
- General office administration & filing on a daily basis.
- Provide weekly reports to the Manager identifying gaps in service within a structured framework.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
**Person Specification**:
- Live within an easy commute to our Boston Office.
- Experience essential, either 1 year in an Admin based role and/or 1 years minimum in an equivalent or similar Lettings team role.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure, producing a high standard of work and attention to detail.
- Ability to make confident decisions based on knowledge, training and experience in dealing with day to day issues.
The working week is 8:30am
- 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday ( 9am -1pm ) in every 3.

**Salary**: £23500 pa rising to £25800 pa from April, plus commission
