Join Our Team:
Evergood Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 7 Ward Pharmacist to join our team in the North West of England. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular medication reviews to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Work closely with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient medication regimens.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient education and adherence to medication regimens.
Requirements:
- A registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably at Band 7 level.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please submit your CV for further consideration.
