Community Care Specialist Leader

As a Community Care Specialist Leader with us, you will play a key role in achieving this vision.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your responsibilities will include managing care teams, developing skills and knowledge, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. You will work closely with care workers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
