About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to join our Synexus Clinical Research site in Cardiff, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for nursing activities related to clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all relevant clinical competency training assessments and attend research study protocol training.
  • Perform visits, observations, safety reporting, and interventions with participants in accordance with procedures and schedule.
  • Carry out pre-screens efficiently and effectively to optimize patient recruitment.
  • Encourage patients to continue within the study and participate in future trials.
  • Collect, record, and enter study data into source notes, CRF/eCRF, and associated paperwork with high accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of data queries.
  • Promote a welcoming, professional, and pleasant environment for staff and participants.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and initiate emergency action when required.
Requirements
  • A qualified Nurse with registration with no limitations to practice within the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Adult).
  • A passion for the Clinical Research industry.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • A patient-focused attitude.
