We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Nurse to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a Clinical Trials Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical trials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, educate, and monitor trial patients, ensuring accurate data collection and management.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators, research sponsors, and colleagues to coordinate clinical trial visits and adhere to research regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of trials, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and research participants.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on clinical trial protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
- Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical research or a related field.
- Experience in clinical trials, research coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and occasional shift work.
