About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team on the Lewin stroke and rehabilitation unit, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving outcomes. As a Neurosciences and Rehabilitation Lead Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team on the Lewin stroke and rehabilitation unit
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Promote a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse
- Experience in neurosciences and rehabilitation nursing
