Job Description

We are seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Lead to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience of working with individuals with mental health challenges. They will be able to demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care and service provision, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support individuals with mental health challenges.
  2. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  3. Contribute to the development of policy and procedure, ensuring best practice is embedded within the organisation.
  4. Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
