About the Role

The Student Lifecycle Manager will oversee all aspects of student record-keeping from enrolment to award, ensuring department and faculty colleagues understand the processes within our remit. This includes taking the lead on specific workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards, managing the processes across the whole team. The postholder will also manage enrolment centres during the main enrolment periods and support major events such as examinations, A level Results day and graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on specific workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards

Requirements

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in an administrative support role in a busy university environment, with excellent knowledge of the SITS system or other equivalent student records system. They will have demonstrable experience in managing others, both directly and indirectly, and in influencing others to achieve common targets. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills in both written and oral communications, with an ability to prepare reports and plans and present these to variable audiences, including the ability to convey complex information to audiences with varying concerns and levels of understanding.
