Specification Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a strong understanding of working alongside manufacturing and a proven track record of driving sales and contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with your account portfolio, planning visits and keeping the customer informed throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver on revenue and margin targets.
  • Put the customer at the heart of your role and aim to ensure that your approach is value-added as a benefit to move from their current provider.
  • Work closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to align on and develop sales strategy.
  • Report on pipelines, portfolio status/revenues and identify risks and opportunities with action plans to support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with users, specifiers across the private sector, inclusive of builders, OEMs and facilities management companies.
  • Strong understanding of different routes to market including merchants, contractors, specification and new build.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, contributing to company growth and key account management.
  • Ability to work proactively with account portfolio and deliver on revenue and margin targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
