Reception and Operations Assistant

Aramark is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Operations Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our facilities management services and make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences.
**Key Tasks:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area;
- Support meeting room bookings, stationery, and updates to floor plans;
- Collaborate with maintenance and hygiene teams to resolve FM Helpdesk requests effectively;
- Use Maximo for purchasing, ordering, and invoicing tasks;
- Serve as the central point of contact for Business Framework queries, ensuring timely updates and withdrawals of company procedures.
**Requirements and Salary:**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Residency in the UK for at least 5 years and a valid right to work;
- Completion of full security vetting and DBS checks;
- Basic computer skills;
- Prior experience in administration or customer service, which is not essential but beneficial.
