**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Family Support Professional to join our Connected Carers Team in Medway, a unitary authority in the South East of England.

This role will involve working with all connected carer and special guardianship applicants, with a focus on assessment work and developing support plans.

The successful candidate will have a passion for improving the lives and opportunities of children and young people, and be committed to ensuring that children are at the centre of their work.
