About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at The Victory Academy. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our classrooms and ensuring that students receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise whole classes in undertaking prepared activities during the short-term absence of their regular teacher.
  • Apply behaviour management policies and strategies which contribute to a purposeful learning environment.
  • Assist in the promotion of high standards of behaviour and conduct within the Academy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to providing the best possible support to our students.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £21,353 - £24,960 per annum, depending on experience.
