SEN Learning Support Professional

About the RoleThis is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, where you will work with pupils aged 11-18 who have SEMH needs and additional requirements. As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve educational goals.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced SEN Primary Teacher who can provide high-quality education to students with SEMH needs and additional requirements. Key qualifications and skills include:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs and additional requirements
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
