We are looking for a skilled Support for Young Children Educator to join our team in Chatham, Kent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and be able to provide high-quality support to young children.
About the Role- Providing exceptional support to young children in a classroom setting, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborating with teachers to create effective lesson plans that meet the educational needs of our students.
- Maintaining a secure and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Qualifications and experience in working with young children, ideally as an Education Support Specialist, Nursery Practitioner or Support Worker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to our students.
- A highly competitive day rate: £90-100.
