About the Role

We are seeking an Education Support Coordinator to manage our Sixth Form Study Room, providing guidance and support to students to foster effective independent learning.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a conducive study environment, promoting academic excellence, and building positive relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Sixth Form Study Room, ensuring a productive and supportive environment for students
  • Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, including time management and organisation
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote academic excellence and student well-being
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
