The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices, as well as excellent assessment and planning skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including connected carers, children, and other professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the needs of connected carers and children, and developing effective plans to meet those needs.
  • Providing support and guidance to connected carers, and ensuring they have the resources they need to provide safe and nurturing environments.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare providers, to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
