Workforce Planning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Strategist to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our People Directorate, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce planning activities and ensuring alignment with ICS ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of workforce plans that meet system-wide deadlines and reflect ICS targets.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners to ensure Clinical Groups have effective workforce plans in place, with regular progress reporting.
- Provide expert advice and support to Clinical Groups and People Business Partners on workforce business cases, including investment, dis-investment, and transformation plans.
- Utilize business intelligence to inform workforce planning decisions and drive business-centred support to Clinical Groups.
