About the Role

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Trust to ensure that our workforce planning activities are aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clinical groups and the People Business Partners on workforce planning and analytics.
  • Lead the development of business cases for investment, dis-investment, and transformation plans.
  • Utilise business intelligence to inform workforce planning decisions and drive business improvement.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Planning Specialist who possesses excellent analytical and communication skills.
