About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Planning Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in influencing and embedding change within our Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with our Trust's People Strategy and the wider system.
  2. Lead the delivery of our People Directorate's contribution to the NHS strategic planning cycle, ensuring timely submission of inputs.
  3. Collaborate with People Business Partners to ensure all Clinical Groups have a workforce plan that is actively implemented and regularly reviewed.
  4. Provide business-centred support to Clinical Groups in the delivery of their workforce plans, workforce systems, and processes.
  5. Utilize business intelligence to provide expert advice and support to Clinical Groups and People Business Partners in the design and implementation of workforce business cases.
