Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to support our busy front of house in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Relay arrivals to hosts and manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Operate a busy switchboard and manage phone calls
  • Book taxis and cars as needed
  • Manage meeting room maintenance, liaise with cleaners, and order supplies
  • Liaise with reception security and log visitors
  • Liaise with catering and hospitality teams

Requirements:

  • Experienced corporate receptionist with a high attention to detail
  • Well-presented, proactive, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • A strong team player with solid MS Office skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask with ease
