Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at LRA Search. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Set up meeting rooms, arrange catering, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth meetings and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Facilities and Events: Assist with facilities management, including maintenance requests and event planning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
