Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Relay arrivals to hosts and ensure a seamless experience for our clients
  • Operate a busy switchboard and manage incoming calls and messages
  • Book taxis and cars for clients and staff
  • Maintain meeting rooms, liaise with cleaners, and order supplies as needed
  • Liaise with reception security and log visitors for access control

Requirements:

  • Experienced corporate receptionist with a strong attention to detail
  • Well-presented, proactive, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • A strong team player with solid MS Office skills and the ability to multitask
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
