About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our award-winning sales team in the North West territory. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with independent specialist retailers in your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by introducing new brands and products, expanding sales in an already established territory with both new and existing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with independent specialist retailers in your territory.
  • Introduce new brands and products to expand sales in your designated territory.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and retail support teams to ensure optimal brand presence and placement in stores.
  • Partner with product promoters to enhance in-store brand displays, product presentations, and shop staff training.

About You

We're looking for a results-driven, goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. You should have proven experience in sales, whether within or outside the cycling industry, and a passion for bicycles and cycling is essential. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach are also required. You must reside within the designated sales territory, which includes Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, or Cumbria, and hold a full UK driving license.
