Regional Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, whether within or outside the cycling industry. A passion for bicycles and cycling is essential.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who can bring energy, expertise, and commitment to the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with independent specialist retailers in their territory.
Key Responsibilities- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with independent specialist retailers, founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional customer support.
- Driving Growth: Introduce new brands and products, expanding sales in an established territory with both new and existing businesses.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the brand, marketing and retail support teams to ensure optimal brand presence and placement in stores.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the cycling industry or related field.
- Self-Motivation: Results-driven, goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to provide clear and concise daily visit reports.
- Excellent Communication: Confident communicator, adept at engaging with customers and colleagues.
