We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales and Events Professional to join our dynamic team at a stunning central London hotel. Our 312-bedroom property boasts an impressive 17 meeting rooms, including the iconic Shaw Theatre.

This exciting role will see you assisting our Meetings & Events department in delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships through effective sales strategies.

You will be responsible for planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences for up to 446 guests from start to finish, working closely with clients, agents, and team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences from start to finish
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle
  • Managing client enquiries and responding in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilising yield management techniques to maximise revenue
  • Conducting showrounds and client presentations
  • Sending detailed event orders and managing client expectations
  • Ensuring seamless event execution and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining strong market awareness and competitor insights
  • Meeting individual weekly targets and contributing to team success

Salary: £34,983 per annum (£17.25 per hour)
