Job Overview:
The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Professional to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing corporate sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
About The Role:
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive prospect list, building relationships to secure corporate business. Contracting and managing corporate accounts, ensuring commitments are met by coordinating with relevant departments. Collaborating with convention services, catering, and other teams to ensure delivery of promised services. Preparing and presenting performance reports, tracking market trends, and gathering competitive intelligence to effectively position the hotel in the market. Representing The Savoy at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events, participating in sales training programs, and executing action plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
About You:
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a focus on corporate sales. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential. Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets are also required.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, plus benefits including pension and life assurance. 31 days of holiday, increasing to 33 days after 5 years.
