Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Hotel Ambassador. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely delivery of messages, packages, and facsimiles, utilizing efficient methods to minimize delays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless guest experiences, communicating effectively to address any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) and respective service standards.
  • Provide guestroom and hotel tours to enhance the guest experience, highlighting hotel facilities and services.
  • Assist with unloading and loading vehicles for the Door Person, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of guest preferences, adhering to logbook and control sheet requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with hotel services, including spa, dining, and IT&T equipment.
  • Knowledge of MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) and respective service standards.
