Accor Hotels is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join its team at the Novotel London Greenwich. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective business development and account management strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in developing and implementing sales plans that meet or exceed targets. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their goals.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In terms of compensation, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, with a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
